Qin Ding engineers commissioned IXPE foam production machine abroad, and returned visit to old customers
In mid-August 2023, HNREY, the project manager of our company's IXPE foam production machine line, led the commissioning engineers to go abroad to debug a set of IXPE foaming machine line.
This set of IXPE foaming production line adopts advanced design concepts: for the first time in the IXPE foaming machine, advanced technologies such as data follow-up, data feedback, and self-adaptive adjustment of the whole system are used. The IXPE foaming production line can automatically adjust the temperature, air volume and operating speed of each machine according to the data input from the man-machine interface. At the position of this set of IXPE foaming furnace, four-point monitoring is also installed, using PLC+touch screen control technology, with high degree of visualization, simple operation, fast speed and large output.
After finishing the commissioning of the new IXPE foam production line, HNREY, the project manager of the IXPE foam production line, led the commissioning engineers to another city to visit and return to our old IXPE customers. Help them solve the problem of instability in the manufacturing process of IXPE foam products with expansion ratios of 40 times and 45 times. Received high praise from this IXPE customer.
At the same time, our engineers also had an in-depth discussion with the boss of this company on the problem of waste disposal after IXPE foaming - this is a problem faced by every IXPE foaming material factory. After full communication, we accept the commission of the big boss, and will research and provide a set of advanced technology and perfect process to deal with these IXPE foamed corner scraps.
At the end of August, our IXPE foam machine commissioning engineer completed all project visits and returned to the factory.
