At the beginning of February 2022, when the bell of the Spring Festival just rang and all Chinese people were still immersed in the festive atmosphere of the Chinese New Year, the after-sales service engineers of Qinding Company had already packed their bags and taken all epidemic prevention measures. Departing from the site of Russian customers, we will provide installation and commissioning services for XPE/XLPE/IXPE foaming machine lines.
In China in February, the footsteps of early spring are approaching, and there is a breath of spring everywhere. But in Russia, it is still a fairy tale world covered with snow and ice, picturesque and beautiful!
The Russian customer was very friendly and sent a special car to the airport to welcome our engineers to the scene. After 2 days of on-site investigation, measurement, layout and a series of work, the equipment was installed. With the full support of Russian customers, after more than 40 days of intense overtime, the installation of the whole XLPE/IXPE foaming machine such as pelletizing unit, automatic mixing unit, master sheet extrusion unit, foaming furnace unit, etc. was completed. On March 2, the equipment was debugged.
For our process engineer, the debugging of equipment is his best job, which can be said to be within reach. On the day when the installation was completed, the empty machine was commissioned, the test machine with materials was carried out on the second day, and the small-scale trial production was entered on the third day!
Our Russian customers are very satisfied. To express their gratitude, Big boss made a special drive to the factory and invited us to his manor for dinner and vodka!
