The first IXPE foaming machine production line installed in Southwest China is being produced in an orderly manner
In the vast land of China, after all things have recovered and spring has blossomed, today is about to enter the summer of the four seasons. Although the great Chinese are still fighting against COVID-19, the production workshop of Qinding Company is still in full swing. The first IXPE foaming machine to be delivered in southwest China is entering an intense stage of assembly.
In January 2022, the general manager Mr. Dai of a large-scale irradiation processing enterprise located in Sichuan, China, in order to expand the business scope, bucked the trend, came to Qinding Company for inspection, and ordered a set of IXPE foaming machine. Foaming furnace for expanding the production of IXPE foamed products. This is the first IXPE foam machine line in Southwest China.
The company is a national high-tech enterprise, located in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. It is an old-fashioned irradiation processing center for more than 30 years. The main business is irradiation disinfection, industrial wire and sheet external irradiation processing, and has 8 electron accelerator production lines. Business declined last year due to COVID-19 controls. The chairman and general manager of the company, Mr. Dai, took a long-term view and found that the IXPE foam product manufacturers are all located in the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta, while there are no IXPE foam products manufacturers in the central, western and southwestern parts of China. And these areas also have a greater demand for IXPE foam products. To this end, the company's board of directors decided to purchase a set of IXPE foam machine lines from our company decisively in order to expand the direction of business development and vertically lay out product up and down lines.
At the beginning of the signing of the contract, when the general manager Mr. Dai visited our company, he clearly pointed out the main products of the IXPE foaming machine production line, and at the same time emphasized the limitations of the company's mastery of the IXPE foaming technology. Mr. Dai hope our company can provide equipment and export our technology at the same time. This can be said to be the strength of Qin Ding Company, Qin Ding Company serves the XPE/IXPE foam and Crosslink foam industries, and has 2 foaming machine manufacturing bases and 1 foaming mat manufacturing plant. We can provide a full range of services from manufacturing, to equipment installation and commissioning, process formula delivery, technical training, to large-scale production. At the same time, Mr. Henry, the manager of our company's XLPE IXPE foaming machine project department, showed our company's IXPE foaming machine projects at home and abroad in recent years to the delegation. The representative was very satisfied and immediately signed a cooperation project with our company on the IXPE foaming machine.
The IXPE foaming machine line will be shipped by the end of May. Once the installation and commissioning of this IXPE foaming machine will be completed and delivered to customers, it marks the completion of the first IXPE foaming machine production line in southwestern China, and will soon serve enterprises in southwestern China that demand IXPE foaming products.
