Recently, the gas-heated IXPE foaming machine purchased by a large Korean PVC plastic floor manufacturer from our company is about to complete the factory production stage and is expected to be shipped in early July.
The IXPE foam production line uses gas heating. Equipped with advanced foaming equipment such as vacuum expander, exhaust gas treatment and heating integrated machine, the production line speed can reach 15-25m/min. It has the advantages of environmental protection, energy saving and high production efficiency. It is an ideal foaming machine for IXPE foam companies.
Because this foaming machine is really too big (occupying an area of more than 70 square meters, with a total height of about 12m), during the production process, the foaming machine had to be divided into two parts, the upper and lower parts. In order to ensure convenient installation at the customer's site, the upper and lower furnace bodies are completely connected by bolts. At the same time, for the convenience of container packing, the width direction is divided into several 2m wide pieces. Although the production difficulty and production cost have greatly increased, in order to quickly and conveniently install on the customer site, our company has made concerted efforts to quickly and efficiently complete the production of this foaming machine in the factory.
