Recently, the IXPE foaming machine produced by our company, purchased by a new enterprise of IXPE foam products in Zhejiang China, was successfully tested and put into operation.
The company is a new manufacturer of IXPE foam products. Before signing the contract at the beginning of this year, the buyer communicated with the leaders of our company many times and expressed their concerns about joining the new industry of IXPE foam products. The leaders of our company led the technical engineers and sales directors to discuss with the buyer. From plant planning, equipment selection, parameter determination, to the selection of raw materials, process routes, product formulations, and finally to product application, finished product development, etc., have made in-depth exchanges, dispelling customers' many worries, and finally reached an agreement with our company Purchase agreement.
At the beginning of January 2021, the contract was confirmed. After a 75-day production period, our company completed the in-plant manufacturing of the IXPE foaming machine and shipped it to the buyer's factory on March 20, 2021.
At the same time, our company's technical engineer led the installation personnel to the customer site to install the IXPE foaming machine production line.
With the strong cooperation of the customer, the installation team of our company completed the installation of the IXPE foaming machine in just 20 days. Immediately afterwards, our company sent IXPE foam debugging engineers to the buyer's site to debug the IXPE foaming machine.
In just one week, the commissioning engineers of our company have skillfully completed the process from empty machine operation, to washing machine, to small batch test machine. On April 18th, the IXPE foaming machine officially entered the mass production stage.
