The XPE foam machine production line exported by Qinding Company this time mainly produces flame-retardant XPE foam coils (FR XPE foam material) with a width of 1800mm and a thickness of 22mm. The ultimate application products of XPE materials produced by customers are products in the green building industry. The XPE foaming machine production line exported by Qinding Company this time includes granulation unit of XPE foaming machine, auto mixing and feeding unit of XPE foaming machine, sheet extrusion unit of XPE foaming machine, and foaming furnace unit of XPE foaming machine.
The granulation unit of XPE foaming machine is an XPE dedicated, high-yield, eccentric eager cutting-air-cooled granulation unit. The advantage of this unit is that the premix is uniform, the output is large, and the operation is simple and convenient.
The extrusion unit of XPE foaming machine adopts a high-yield sheet extruder, including extruder host, calender, cooling unit, trimming tractor, and winder.
The foaming furnace unit of XPE foaming machine adopts an ultra-long gas-heated foaming furnace. The furnace body and the air distribution system adopt our new design structure, which is more suitable for the XPE foaming process. The hot air circulation system adopts a new design of multi-level adjustment and multi-level air distribution, which is suitable for the foaming curve of thick sheet XPE.
Fourteen 40HQ containers were used for the delivery of the complete XPE foaming machine production line. As the Chinese New Year approached, it took only 3 days to complete the container towing, port entry and delivery.
