Just after the Chinese New Year, good news came from our Chinese customer unit: the IXPE gas foaming machine production line located in a city in central China is about to be installed and has entered the commissioning stage.
In order to facilitate installation, the IXPE foam machine production line adopts a modular design, making on-site installation extremely convenient.
On the 15th day of on-site installation, the mechanical assembly of the entire foaming machine was completed. Next, the electrical installation of this IXPE foaming machine will be carried out. The estimated electrical installation time is about 7 days.
The IXPE foam machine lines adopt the structure of horizontal foaming furnace + vertical foaming furnace. These IXPE foam machine lines use gas heating. It integrates the high-efficiency waste air recovery & heating integrated hot blast stove researched and developed by our company. The entire production line only needs a set of 300,000 kcal gas burner to meet the heat energy required for IXPE foaming. Really achieved the effect of energy saving and environmental protection.
