Summary of the application of XPE/IXPE foam material in baby mats
XPE foam material and IXPE foam material have been widely used in the baby industry due to their superior comprehensive performance, health and environmental protection, softness and rigidity.
1. High-grade PVC holster baby climbing mat
This climbing mat is made of 30~50mm XPE foam material and IXPE foam material as fillers, outsourcing PVC or PU elastic leather cover. This product not only has the softness and rigidity of XPE foam material and IXPE foam material, but also beautiful appearance. The surface is easy to clean and not easy to break. It can be folded after use and is easy to store. This crawling mat is currently a higher-grade product in baby crawling mats.
2. Folding baby crawling mat
This baby pad is made of 8~15mm XPE foam material and IXPE foam material. After printing the pattern, the surface is laminated with a PE wear-resistant plastic film and hot pressed. This product is superior in performance, easy to carry, and moderate in price. It is currently the most widely used cushion in the infant and child industry.
3. Curl baby mat
This cushion uses 10mm XPE foam material and IXPE foam material as the base material. The surface is compounded with a patterned PE plastic film, surrounded by cloth strips. It is unfolded when in use, and can be folded and stored when not in use.
4. Spliced baby crawling mat
This product is an upgraded version of EVA splicing mat, using XPE as the basic material, surface composite PE film, punching and cutting into small pieces according to a certain size, and splicing according to the pattern to form a larger baby crawling mat.
