XPE IXPE Foam Sheet Extrurtion Line
The IXPE XPE XLPE sheet extrusion line is a master sheet production line for processing IXPE (or XPE), which can be used to process low-density polyethylene, foaming agent, crosslinking agent and other sheet extrusion. The width of the sheet is 300~1000mm, and the thickness is 0.1-3mm. The extruded product is uniform and natural, and the surface is smooth. The extruder unit has large extrusion capacity, simple operation and convenient maintenance. Foam sheet extrurtion line is a single screw extruder, which is suitable for the production of XPE foam sheet and IXPE foam sheet. Foam sheet extrurtion line is composed of feeder, extruder main machine, mold, two-roll/three-roll calendering (or equipped with cooling water tank), cooling roll, trimming machine, sheet traction machine, single-station winder, etc.

XPS Foamed Board Production Line Plastic Foaming Machinery
XPS physical foam board, also called extruded polystyrene foam (XPS, XPS extruded board). It is a foamed plastic that uses polystyrene as the main raw material, is injected and foamed with a multi-component foaming agent such as CO2 and additives through a two-stage extrusion system, and is extruded by a mold. The material is widely used in waterproof and thermal insulation of buildings and cold storage; anti-freezing and thermal insulation of roadbed projects such as highways, railways, airports, etc.; anti-frost heave materials for water conservancy projects; and central air-conditioning thermal insulation and other occasions.
