Another IXPE foaming machine produced by Qin Ding will be put into production in South China
Recently, the IXPE foaming machine sold by Qin Ding to a company in South China is about to complete the installation and enter the commissioning stage.
The IXPE foaming machine purchased by the company is a very mature product of Qin Ding, and it has already operated many in China and abroad. This IXPE foaming machine includes three parts: a pelletizing unit, a master chip extruding unit, and an electric heating IXPE foaming furnace. The electronic radiation cross-linking process of IXPE mother film is not within the scope of delivery of this project due to the large investment and difficult administrative approval. Buyers will use outsourcing processing in this process in the future production.
The granulation unit of this IXPE foaming machine adopts the process route: internal mixer-tablet press-water cooling-pelletizing. This granulation method requires relatively many workers (3-4 operators), and is characterized by large output and high efficiency.
The foaming furnace of this IXPE foaming machine adopts an electric heating foaming furnace, a horizontal furnace + a vertical furnace structure, PID+SSR temperature control, the characteristics of the foaming furnace are small floor space, stable temperature, simple operation and maintenance convenience.
