Qin Ding’s XPE/IXPE foaming machine prices will be adjusted at the beginning of next month based on the raw material market prices
Recently, the prices of raw materials have skyrocketed, and both steel and copper materials have risen sharply, with the highest rate being copper. The price of copper material has increased by 55% compared with the price at the beginning of the year. The average daily price increase in recent days is about RMB 3,000/ton. The copper-related raw materials and accessories involved in XPE foaming machine include motors, electrical appliances, wires, cables, etc. The increase of these original accessories exceeded 50% of the price at the end of last year. The Q235 steel profiles and Q235 cold-rolled steel plates used extensively by XPE foaming machine have also increased by more than 40% compared with the beginning of the year. The SUS304 stainless steel sheet used extensively by IXPE foaming machine increased by more than 25%.

To this end, the company’s leaders made a decision: From June 1, 2021, according to the current market prices of raw materials, the price of XPE foaming machine is expected to increase by 20~30%, and the price of IXPE foaming machine is expected to increase by 15%~25%.
Of course, for customers who have placed an order but have not delivered it, Qin Ding promises to continue to provide services at the original price and will not increase the price. Customers who placed orders before June 1 are not within the scope of this price adjustment. Fortunately, the price of plastics has fallen, which is about 15% from the peak in March-April this year. Therefore, among the products that our company expects to adjust next month, foam products related to IXPE/XPE foam materials are not included in this list.
