This is a large-scale EPE foam manufacturer located in Guangdong, China. In order to expand its business scope, in mid-January 2021, it ordered a set of our company's IXPE foam machines, and also ordered a set of IXPE/IXPP foaming furnace for new product R&D. And in mid-June 2021, the installation and commissioning were be completed. Since the factory building is a multi-storey building, the installation height of the IXPE foaming furnace is insufficient for a single layer. For this reason, the designers of our company divided the IXPE foaming furnace into two according to local conditions: the vertical furnace section and auxiliary equipment were placed on the first floor, and the horizontal furnace section was elevated on the second floor of the building, and was connected to the vertical furnace mouth. In this way, the space that is not high enough could be effectively used, and the foam machine investment could be reduced, and at the same time, part of the technology can be kept confidential.
