Guangdong's emerging IXPE factory is booming
Recently, the IXPE foaming project manager of our company led some sales staff of our company to pay a return visit to one of our Guangdong IXPE foam products customer.
This is a large-scale EPE foam manufacturer located in Guangdong, China. In order to expand its business scope, in mid-January 2021, it ordered a set of our company's IXPE foam machines, and also ordered a set of IXPE/IXPP foaming furnace for new product R&D. And in mid-June 2021, the installation and commissioning were be completed. Since the factory building is a multi-storey building, the installation height of the IXPE foaming furnace is insufficient for a single layer. For this reason, the designers of our company divided the IXPE foaming furnace into two according to local conditions: the vertical furnace section and auxiliary equipment were placed on the first floor, and the horizontal furnace section was elevated on the second floor of the building, and was connected to the vertical furnace mouth. In this way, the space that is not high enough could be effectively used, and the foam machine investment could be reduced, and at the same time, part of the technology can be kept confidential. It's a multitude of things in one fell swoop! Very good idea!
During the return visit, the general manager of the company, Mr. Chen, showed us the photos of IXPE foam production in the past six months. The current market is the IXPE market for leisure sports goods. The market segment is characterized by high IXPE foam quality requirements and diverse colors, but IXPE foam products are difficult to produce, and the prices and profits are very good. Although COVID-19 is still raging around the world, China's IXPE market has not been affected in any way, but has increased. At present, the company's new cooperation plan with our company has been put on the agenda.
