1. Unwinding unit

The original IXPE foaming machine furnace production line uses a fixed height unwinding unit. In the foaming production of IXPP, the tension control of the IXPP mother film before entering the furnace is strict. Our company has improved the original IXPE foaming machine foaming furnace unwinding unit and adopted a constant tension output unit.

2. Furnace temperature control

In the IXPP foaming process, the temperature control accuracy and temperature field uniformity in the foaming furnace are higher and stricter than those of the IXPE foaming machine. For this reason, our company has specially developed an internal circulation heating method with a more uniform temperature in the furnace, which not only makes the temperature field in the furnace more uniform, but also has higher thermal efficiency.

3. Winding auxiliary machine

The winding auxiliary machine is the last process in the IXPP foaming process. We use a central guide deviation correction machine and a 360° constant tension winder to escort the IXPP finished product. It can ensure that IXPP not only rewinds neatly, but also achieves continuous rewinding during the winding process.
