A new IXPE foaming furnace production line designed and manufactured by Ningbo Qinding Company arrived at the customer's site and entered the on-site installation stage.

The IXPE foam machine lines adopt the structure of horizontal foaming furnace + vertical foaming furnace. These IXPE foam machine lines use gas heating. It integrates the high-efficiency waste air recovery & heating integrated hot blast stove researched and developed by our company. The entire production line only needs a set of 300,000 kcal gas burner to meet the heat energy required for IXPE foaming. Really achieved the effect of energy saving and environmental protection.

This IXPE foaming production line includes the following components: unwinding machine for IXPE foam machine, special feeder for IXPE foaming machine, horizontal foaming furnace for IXPE foaming machine line, vertical foaming furnace for IXPE foam machine line, vacuum adsorption expansion mechanism for IXPE foaming machine, furnace mouth traction machine and five-roller cooling machine, A complete IXPE foaming unit such as a special sheet tractor for a foaming machine, a special winding machine for a foaming machine, etc.

In order to facilitate installation, the IXPE foam machine production line adopts a modular design, making on-site installation extremely convenient.

On the 15th day of on-site installation, the mechanical assembly of the entire foaming machine was completed. Next, the electrical installation of this IXPE foaming machine will be carried out. The estimated electrical installation time is about 7 days.
