Recently, a complete set of IXPE foaming machine production line produced by Qin Ding Company was packed and shipped to foreign customer. This shipment included a total of 20 containers, which took 3 days to complete.
The IXPE foam machine production line exported by Qinding Company this time mainly produces flame-retardant IXPE foam coils (FR IXPE foam material) with a width of 1500mm and a thickness of 1mm. The ultimate application products of IXPE materials produced by customers are products in the green building industry. The IXPE foaming machine production line exported by Qinding Company this time includes granulation unit of IXPE foaming machine, auto mixing and feeding unit of IXPE foaming machine, sheet extrusion unit of IXPE foaming machine, accelerator of IXPE foaming machine, and foaming furnace unit of XPE foaming machine.
The granulation unit of IXPE foaming machine is an XPE dedicated, high-yield, eccentric eager cutting-air-cooled granulation unit. The advantage of this unit is that the premix is uniform, the output is large, and the operation is simple and convenient.
The extrusion unit of IXPE foaming machine adopts a high-yield sheet extruder, including extruder host, calender, cooling unit, trimming tractor, and winder.
