Division 2: XPE Blanket and XPE Water Floating Blanket Division:
This business unit is located on the third floor of the company's factory, with an area of about 4,000 square meters. It has 2 composite processing lines and 1 laminating processing line, as well as several vertical cutting machines and punching machines. The annual output of XPE blankets and XPE floating blankets is 2 million pieces. All of the company's XPE blankets and XPE floating blankets are fully exported products. Exporting countries include the United States, Japan, South Korea, France, Australia and other developed countries. According to Mr. Zhang, the company’s manager, it has direct sales stores on the Amazon platform and rents Amazon global warehouses. Last year's export turnover was approximately 70 million CNY, which is a remarkable figure for a pure XPE (IXPE) secondary processing company.
Division 3: XPE (IXPE) Foam Production Division:
The business unit is planned to be located on the first floor of the company's factory, with a planned factory area of approximately 2,000 square meters. The XPE or IXPE foam rolls produced are mainly for self-use to meet the increasing foam roll consumption of the XPE blanket and XPE floating blanket business units. It is understood that the company's XPE blanket and XPE floating blanket division's annual purchase volume of XPE and IXPE rolls is 35 million yuan (approximately 30,000 cubic meters), which is approximately the annual output of 1.5 XPE foam production lines.
