The common structural feature of these three IXPE foaming furnaces is that they all adopt a "horizontal furnace + vertical furnace" structure that conforms to the IXPE foaming process. However, each furnace type has its own characteristics:

1. Electrically heated IXPE foaming furnace without hot air circulation:

The heat source of this furnace type is an electric heating tube. Since there is no hot air circulation, in order to improve the electric heating efficiency, the electric heating tube is a far-infrared electric heating tube. The characteristics of this IXPE foaming furnace are radiant heating, fast heating speed, high thermal efficiency, red surface of electric heating tube, and high surface temperature.

Due to the high thermal efficiency, there are fewer electric heating tubes arranged in the IXPE foaming furnace, the rated heating power is low, and the energy consumption is low;

Due to radiant heating, the temperature fluctuation of IXPE foaming furnace is large, and IXPE foaming needs to be carried out in a temperature field of relative temperature, so the speed of IXPE cannot be too fast when foaming. It is generally recommended to run at a speed of 8m/min;

Due to the large temperature fluctuation, this furnace type is more suitable for low-rate IXPE foam foaming;

Due to the high surface temperature of the electric heating tube, workers operating the IXPE foaming furnace are required to have a relatively high safety awareness;

Since there is no hot air circulation, the overall equipment is simple to manufacture and cheap.


2. Electrically heated IXPE foaming furnace with hot air circulation:

The heat source of this furnace type is still an electric heating tube, which uses a low-surface load finned stainless steel electric heating tube. The electric heating tubes are evenly arranged in the built-in heating chamber on both sides (or up and down) of the furnace body. The PID+SSR temperature control method is adopted. Multiple frequency conversion fans blow the hot air out from the porous air outlet plate, forming a hot air circulation in the IXPE foaming furnace. . The characteristics of this IXPE foaming furnace are forced convection heating, stable heating output, small temperature fluctuation, and uniform temperature field in the IXPE foaming furnace.

Compared with the electrically heated IXPE foaming furnace without hot air circulation, since the hot air circulation improves the temperature uniformity in the IXPE furnace, this furnace type:

Suitable for full-scale foaming of IXPE products;

The foaming speed of IXPE products can reach 12m/min;

The equipment is simple to operate and operates safely and reliably;

Due to the application of hot air circulation, the overall production of the equipment is relatively complex and the price is relatively expensive.


3. Hot air circulation gas heating IXPE foaming furnace:

The energy used for heating of this furnace type is NG (LNG) or PG (LPG), which is heated by the corresponding burner. Multiple medium-pressure and variable frequency fans blow the hot air in the heating furnace into the IXPE foaming furnace through the air duct and air knife. Inside, the return air from a medium-pressure and large air volume fan enters the heating furnace, and the heating is circulated to form a hot air circulation. The characteristics of this IXPE foaming furnace are forced convection heating, stable heating output, small temperature fluctuation, uniform temperature field in the IXPE foaming furnace, and rapid temperature rise and fall in the IXPE foaming furnace. So this furnace type:

Suitable for full-scale foaming of IXPE products;

The foaming speed of IXPE products can reach 22m/min;

The equipment is simple to operate and operates safely and reliably;

Due to the application of hot air circulation, the overall production of the equipment is relatively complex, the furnace type is the largest and the most expensive.
